Medical Reiki Training for Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International (RKMRI)

Today was an amazing first day of RKMRI Medical Reiki Training in Vero Beach, Florida. It is incredible to see and feel how deeply this specialized training touches the Reiki Masters who come to learn the protocol for bringing Reiki into surgery and into other medical venues. Anyone who proclaims you do not need special training for this important work is leading people astray - it's a terrible injustice and lacks integrity to claim that Gold Standards and Best Practices as taught by RKMRI Medical Reiki are unnecessary. To make such claims puts doctors' patients and those who care for them at risk, as well as Reiki itself. It someone without training tries to do this work and makes a mistake in the OR, not only will they be asked for leave, but the doctors and medical personnel in the operating room can very well decide to never let patients have the healing power of Reiki again!

If you want to practice Reiki in the operating room and in other medical venues, you need specific training. Anyone who says otherwise does not understand the importance of working with a surgical team. The easiest place to get thrown out of is an operating room, and if a Reiki practitioner enters that hard-core reality without knowledge of what needs to happen, who you need to be sure to get along with, and WHAT TO DO, they put not only themselves and their client undergoing surgery at risk, but Reiki itself for that surgeon, team and hospital.

My Book is NOW and AWARD WINNER!

My book has just won the INATS COVR Visionary Award in the category of Alternative Health/Healing! I’m so happy! It’s also a finalist for another award:

Writing About Angels

I'm moving ahead with my angel book and am very happy with the progress. It's a different experience to be writing a second book - the first time around, I didn't know what to expect, so in a way, things were quite a bit easier. After having the experience of being published once, in the beginning of this new book I realized I was wearing my editor's hat, which made it almost impossible to write! But once I took that hat of, which meant I took the pressure off myself, and put on my writer's hat, things began to flow smoothly.

I feel so lucky to have written the first 5 1/2 weeks of my book about angels in Glastonbury, England, my spiritual home!

If you are a writer and have any similar experiences, or anything you would like to give me as advice, I would be thrilled to hear from you!

Angels

I'm working on writing my next book about angels, and am very much looking forward to going to a talk given by Lorna Bryne, author of "Angels in my Hair" at the NY Open Center on Thursday, March 14th. There are still seats available at her event there as of this morning if you are in NYC, and Lorna will also be in Philadelphia on Sunday, March 17th. As you know if you have read my book, "The Healing Power Of Reiki," I have been working with Archangel Gabriel in my Reiki practice. My next book will bring readers on the journey from my childhood when I was first visited by Gabriel to the many amazing events in which Gabriel and other angels have come forward to lend assistance to me in very dramatic, heart-healing and special ways.

The angels are very much wanting to help each and every one of you and all of us with the transition that our world is going through. They are pure love, and everyone has a guardian angel!
